Anarchy's children (Happy Lowmans twins)

Oliver and Beatrice Stane where born on the 31st October to a women who would later give them up and a father who had no idea of their existence apart from a phone call he believed to be a joke.
As they grew older they where toughened up by the harsh reality they lived and vowed to always protect each other. On their 17 birthday they get a surprise visit from a group of men claiming to want to protect them and a man claiming to be their father.
