Kylan and his three friends leave their home at the PRCS 14032 (Pandemic Refugee Centre for Survivors) in search of somewhere where the R.A.P isn't. The R.A.P stands for Respiratory Atrophy Paresthesia and causes the lungs to decay slowly, causing the infected to slowly choke to death. After losing both his parents to the disease, Kylan is determined to save his only family left after a terrible accident in the Infected Ward causing his parent-figure to die. They sneak out in the dead of night and face creatures only nightmares could conjure up.
