The only ROMANTIC relationship here is Karlnapity which is implied, not the main focus. Ranboo and Tubbo are platonic husbands, so it's a PLATONIC relationship. There is a moment of a panic attack, so keep that in mind. This is a rare friendship bonding moment, the duo called Enderfires as I like to call it, so don't see this as a ship.
