During the initial wars on Cybertron that ended with Cybertron as a dead world and the forces of the decepticons and autobots being spread among the stars.we follow the story of eclipse.a poor neutral civilian in the war who had been kidnapped and used for experimentation with Newley discovered dark energon by deceptions.and then her journey to becoming a member of team prime.

However, things go bad, as a group of hunters and workers of InGen come along to hunt the animals and take them back to the mainland. Lost and Found (TFP)
The Autobots and Decepticons were fighting as usual for Energon when they plunged into a hole, falling unceremoniously into the abyss. There was one massive Energon in the middle of the place, far bigger than the usual Energon crystals.
