Samara, a 21 year old girl, who was abandoned by her parents for not being 'normal' joined the Avengers after being seen in a plain field by Tony, she was hurt, had scars on her body, and was very dehydrated along with her ribs showing from being starved. 

Samara is a shapeshifter, she was born like that, and her parents didn't know why. Her father ended up throwing her into the woods thinking she's some wild animal. 

Loki wasn't fond of Samara at first, but seeing her condition, he had this sudden urge to protect her. 

Samara then gets kidnapped by Hydra, and made into a guard shifter, to protect them. Tony and the other Avengers along with Loki and Thor went back in time to fix it, until they were stopped by... The TVA... 

The Avengers have to help the TVA Find their Variants. 

But Loki seems distracted, why? 

And Samara already has enough trouble on her paws...

Frigga is helping her husband calm down when his assistant comes respectfully into the room with a small girl. Frigga notices something about the girl and is reminded of her adopted son. She invited them to stay for dinner where she finds out the truth. One cold touch. Just one touch and Frigga knew what her son had been hiding all those years. p.s. This book does not follow Norse mythology. In my story, I have made Freya Lokis daughter even though his real daughter is Hel. Also, this is the soft Loki. The one that is our sweet little baby. It is set after Loki tries to take over the world and before Frigga dies. Second also, they wear more modern clothes because I'm not good at Asgardian clothes and things. P.P.S nothing is in order. Peter (Spiderman) is spending his summer at the Tower, much to the dismay of Aunt May, who knows how dangerous this is, but does not know Loki has returned. Sam (Falcon) will follow Cap to the ends of the earth, but refuses to jump off the proverbial bridge just because Cap's doing it. Bucky (Winter Soldier) is trying to atone for his past misdeeds, while learning what exactly they were, but is living in Wakanda with T-challa (Black Panther) so neither will be playing a large role in this story. Then there's Aite. She's new. She's the Greek goddess of mischief, delusion, folly, and ruin. You'd think her and Loki would be the best of friends... Not so much.
