Catherine's life was normal until she moved and was forced to face something she didn't know existed, now she's left her old home and travels all around looking to help people in the kind of trouble that can't be aided by telling the police. She was terrified that she could die but also terrified to tell anyone what was going on. She's made a vow to herself to save anyone she finds who has that sort of problem; and she's challenged to do just that when she meets a boy named Keenan whose problem may be even worse than he believes. Tormented by the voices in his head she'll need to protect Keenan from himself.
