Marionette in the dark

Yesh, a chill guy, is living his post uni days travelling round the world, and spending his family money.
'This is a normal line, why read the story?' you ask me?
Well, the plans we so thoughtfully laid can go dangerously astray, more so for Yesh.
The popular actress of the year, Aarvi, is found dead on a date with him, while he was on a bathroom break, with his finger prints all over the cutlery used to kill her.
With his sarcastic remarks at the police investigation, he spends the night at jail until his father frees him and tries to talk some sense into him for good.
Yesh escapes from his home and knocks at Maggie's house in the dead of night, and she had to allow him begrudgingly for a few days, for he knows a secret of her-which he threatens to expose.
With romance sparking between the always-found-to-be-bickering couple, they both set upon a dangerous journey of putting the law breakers in their right place.
What they don't notice is the intricate thread connecting all the characters and playing them on it's will.
Will they escape from the chaos created and bring down the thread? Or will they remain as mere puppeteers dancing to the tune?
