Killua and Gon have been friends for a while and some strange feelings develop inside of Killua. Eventually he figures out that he has Hanahaki desease and has to hide it from Gon. But what happens when Killua starts choking and Gon is the only one nearby to save him? What will Gon do when he sees his best friend in so much pain? When he sees the one he loves more than anything dying in front of him?
