In the first semester of school in 2014, I had to write a short story for my English class and I have now decided to post it here.
This short story may be triggering to those that self harm and/or suicidal.

The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Also I wouldn't consider this poetry but it is laid out that way. WARNING Talk of depression, suicide, anxiety, and self harm. Don't read if you don't like things like that and may get triggered. I don't mean to cause anyone problems of any sort, but these are the things I feel and can't help. Please keep negativity away as this is a sensitive subject for a lot of people. Thank you. Catastrophically Carla (Lesbian Story)
Ages 14+ (lesbian concepts and some profanity) This is not your everyday love story, okay? It's not a chick flick either. The events and themes within my pages have meaning, depth, truth-and most of all, reality. You are about to be taken on an adventure about a girl who's life is not like everybody else's. I look like a normal teen girl, I mean, I have hair and two eyes and two hands and feet like everybody else, but I couldn't feel more different. I have two moms, yes. Let's just get that out there before you start reading and close my diary like everyone in my life has shut me out of theirs. All I want is a normal life with normal friends who don't judge me because of my home situation. I don't even remember the last time I went on a sleepover or called somebody my age. I don't mean to be a downer, because it does get better. Life gets better. Struggles are only temporary, I know that now. And by my last words reach your eyes, I've come a long way, and have grown to see potential in myself. I'm sharing this with you because I want to make a difference. I know now that I'm not the only one in the world that feels alone. I've been there, done that, and there's more loneliness to come, but for now, I feel more prepared for it. I know how it feels to sit by yourself at lunch every day and how it feels to watch others go to prom with dates and feel like shit because you don't think you'd even have any friends to go with. Trust life a little (Completed)
Have you been so beaten down that suicide is the only way you feel that it will all end? I guess your not the only one out there who feels the same. There is this girl called Dakota and she is pretty shy. She is what you call the typical quite girl. Most people say that she is mute because of her lack of speaking but that isn't true. She does speak a lot but only in front her own family members. Dakota has her problems that keeps her from speaking up against the school bully, Kristina. She is so perfect but she ruins it by bulling Dakota. She beats all the emotions out of her whether it be physically or mentally or even both. These things continue to happen and Dakota starts to get desperate and does something that will change the course of her life. We have to give credit to the amazing @JaneRemmington for the amazing cover. Go over to her account and give her a follow. Like...now. America and Russia have been growing closer, and everyone "totally ships it", but there is one country who doesn't have the "hots" for their relationship. As America is being blackmailed and "taught a lesson", she finds herself, lost, and far, far away from home. Is the town she runs away to safe? Are the other countries really who they say they are? Will she be able to ever go back home?
