A new age where the entire world is split into Districts and one measly President ruled them all. Where three boys by the name of Spencer, Alex, and Jack; who were being hunted, saved the entire world from a purge of anyone with the special C-47 blood.
Now, with the boy's teenagers and they've disappeared, the President started his hunt again.
But, this time, only taking out gangsters and lowlives of District 2309,
the destroyed district.
Can the people of 2309 save their friends, families, and enemies before everybody's dead?
