Deon Moon, a former VOLT personnel officer has been a fugitive of the organization for 700 years. He went missing after betraying the Overseer and stealing her timepiece.
Esiah Cross is a new recruit to the VOLT organization, and ends up crossing paths with the old legend, interfering with an important mission to locate and dispatch Moon. Esiah ends up thrown into the mess alongside a special operations unit that has been working on the case since the night Deon disappeared.
