I've been wearing a smile as long as i can remember.
I never knew this would happen to me, to us, to my family.
When i was just a little kid, my family was almost killed by people, who's intention to take our land.
The other lands of Visayas were now occupied by the invaders, except our land, Mactan.
When the invaders heard about it,
They came into our land, hoping to befriend us. But our ππ’π΅πΆ still refuses.
Then, war was declared.
It was a horrifying site to see people dying.
Me and my brothers were hiding at a mountain, were my cousins lived.
There was no one their at this point, except for our cousins.
Our ππͺπ΅π° was fighting alongside with my father. While my mother and my ππͺπ΅π’ was there with us.
After the war, my ππͺπ΅π° and my father safely got back home.
