There are two vigilantes who exist in the city that never sleeps. One acts as the dark crusader, striking fear into the criminals of Gotham with the bat shaped silhouette in the dead of night. Acknowledged as an ally to the Gotham City Police Department. The other...an anomaly. Leaving criminals tangled in what seem to be...spider webs? He constantly changes his appearances, seemingly adapting to weaknesses? The core descriptions stay the same however. Angular eyes, obviously some form of lenses of varying coloration and lighting levels. Some said his lenses would glow, others said they were just solid white but didn't glow. All stayed consistent on one thing though...a spider emblem on the chest of varying size.
The current description seems to be a red and blue suit that has some glowing highlights that seems to do a large amount of tuings. Whoever this vigilante is, his movements are too sporadic and unpredictable for the GCPD to land a pattern on his movements. Now it's up to the Batman to try and crack the case of what people are calling the "Spider Man" and determine if he's a force to be trusted or not.

"We don't need to do anything!" Peter cut him off through gritted teeth. "You don't need to do anything! This wouldn't have happened if you left me alone! You've done enough, Nightwing!" Nightwing froze. Peter forced himself up, walking around the vigilante. "Peter- wait-" Nightwing snapped out of his shock. He turned to Peter and almost reached for his injured arm- but the boy immediately recoiled. Dick realised his mistake, and his hand simply hovered. "Don't fucking touch me." Peter spat with pure venom. "You've done enough." --- a/n: hello, got obsessed with this fanfic idea. Basically alternate ending to No Way Home, where Peter gets thrown in the middle of Gotham instead of just everyone forgetting who he is. Mostly inspired by Leap of Faith and IQ 250 on AO3, and Wayne Family Adventures from Webtoon. Not sure how long this will go, or where the plot will go. Finally one night he was hot on the trail of Rupert Thorne and had him cornered in a high class estate in the hills. The Dark Knight and The Gunslinging Lawdog have their first encounter. But the Batman brought along his long time protege, Batgirl. After a close call with The Dark Knight, the gunslinger runs after giving a good bone breaking kick to Batmas knee. But leaves behind some blood from the fight and a matchbook with his fingerprints all over it. And who should pick up the matchbook and swabbed the small droplet of blood than Batgirl at the behest of Batman. The only trick is he asked for the blood. Not the matchbook. Peter Parker is quickly sinking lower and lower the longer he lives alone. And he really does mean "alone." No family, no friends, no allies- not even his enemies remembered him. (True, most of them were dead, but that's beside the point.) All he does nowadays is get beat up verbally at work, and physically at night swinging around as his neighborhood's trademark vigilante. He couldn't take it anymore. So he built a multi universal travel device... One that had the potential to let him see the only other people who could truly understand him. Only to make a stupid mistake and end up in a place called Gotham instead.
