Delila Anne Brown was a 16-year old girl from Rosedale; a city where she had lived her entire life with her father Pete, and younger sister Emily. Delila and Emily lost their mother Marie at the mere ages of 10 and 6 respectively. And a few years after that, Pete thought it was time to make a change. On the day of her birthday, her dad broke the news: they were moving. Delila didn't know how to feel about this, but she was somewhat excited to be starting school at "Hollard School of the Arts," the best institution in the area.

On her first day in school, she met Daren, and then everything changed.
