Furry rises among the people, but soon they are silence with fear.
Jade, the main character, and the rest of The Underground Runners try to help out their community during these desperate times of need. New diseases are breaking out. The United States is no more what it once was. Fires of unrest fill the nation.
Hope is with those that seek it. Hope is with those that try to comfort the tormented. Will the Underground Runners, these people of brave hearts and souls, be able to influence the nation and restore their people? Will they be able to help out those in need? No one would try to stop them.

After an Alpha has given up looking for their mate, and they need a Luna to help run the pack, they will organise an event known as The Whipping. Female volunteers from packs around the country will put themselves forward if they wish to be in the chance of becoming a Luna. These she-wolves would be whipped in front of all the packs, again and again until their backs were red raw and blood covered. The last female remaining would be given the title of Luna as the Alpha would only want the strongest wolf to help run his pack.
