Amber just started her freshman year of high school last week.
She has plenty of friends, the perfect life, and all the popularity she could ask for. 
She wouldn't want to mess it up by getting involved in something that doesn't concern her...

Quinn Bakon has always been the least popular kid in his school. He's been pushed around all his life and he decides that he needs to put a stop to it.
After school on his first day, he pays a visit to the school library. 
In search of a book that will tell him how to fight back, he stumbles upon another book that wasn't meant to be here, and his life turns upside down.

The rumors have begun to spread about Quinn, and what happened to him.
After attending the first day, he was seen walking into the library, but never seen coming out. That was eight days ago, and he still hasn't come back to school.
Amber's friends Destiny and Marie are determined to figure out what happened, but Amber wants nothing to do with it.

When she realizes that her friends are going to Quinn's estate...with or without her...she reluctantly agrees to come.
