A/N: This is a fairly old book, so I'm rewriting it! On this new planet, Socks meets some new friends, a group of humans he grows fond of. It's peaceful, and, although homesickness is present, he is at peace. But nothing lasts forever. For a little piece of home resides in the shadows. A dark one that, although Socks has never formally encountered, knows all about and had been influenced by greatly. If it weren't for him, he may not even have been on Earth. And that little piece of home... Wishes him and the entire human population to hell. ---------------- NOTE: THESE CHAPTERS ARE CURRENTLY UNDER RECONSTRUCTION.
