A story in which Tommy is the youngest in a family of supervillains. However, he has no knowledge of his family's infamous actions. To him they're just a regular civilian family. When Tommy disappears, his family suspects a rival villain group in the same area. But their suspicions are dashed when the others are just as confused and frightened as they are. Then they get a message from the top heros and everything becomes crystal clear.

About 97% of people manifest a power on their 15th birthday. Most go about their lives, using their power when it can help them day to day. Superheroes and supervillains are common occurrences these days. Usually, each city has about two or three heroes, one big villain, and many minor villains.
