Peter Parker has become more confident in his role as Spider-Man. He fought in an intergalactic war to save humanity, became an avenger, and got the girl of his dreams. Nothing could ever interfere in his now "perfect" life.

The Black Cat has lived a haunting life. Death and pain following her at every corner. She has given up faith in love and committed herself to following her father's footsteps into a life of crime.
However, an unexpected encounter with the Spider leaves her desiring to get to know him.
And Peter is just as confused as to where this newfound attraction is coming from.
Will both explore their attraction towards each other and lead to fatality? Will Peter find the danger and passion he was searching for? Will Felicia find the security and love she wished for?

Although she is quite intrigued by Spider-man the last thing she needs is him on her tail. She's been trying to keep a low profile. Robbing small jewelry stores and only working at night. Unfortunately Black Cat soon found herself running from New York's greatest hero. She soon finds out she'd rather run towards him than away.
