Apart of an organization known as The Sovereign Assembly, they believe themselves enslaved and have vowed to hold the courts and prison's warden responsible. Utilizing their own administrative grievance process, they find themselves labeled domestic terrorist and threw into solitary confinement, the Here.  The place from whence few return and murder accompanies unexpected messages.
