Whether he's the crime fighting Boy Wonder, or the ward to billionaire Bruce Wayne, Dick Grayson AKA Robin is always falling into danger. Kidnapped, Captured, tortured, traded, sold, violated, and more. But what does it take for him to get out of these dangers? Does this thirteen year old boy from the circus have what it takes? All her life Robin had always been the geeky girl with her head stuck in a comic, she had few friends and a small family consisting of a kitten and an adoptive parent. Life was pretty average and normal until someone from a different world took her life and revealed a reality which all seemed too impossible to be true. After discovering who she really was, could she ever go back to the life she had, to being the person they knew her to be. Robin had to decide, would she reminisce on the past or look forward to a new future. [This book focuses mainly on the bat family, however it may include other DC characters for example characters from Young Justice and the Justice League etc.] *I only own my OC, the rest of the characters are owned by DC comics (and there also may be some marvel characters mentioned which of course belong to Marvel)

From the Joker. Months pass before Batman is seen out on the streets again. But he's different, strange. But most importantly, what is up with his eyes? ----- In this world, Batman doesn't have a Robin. He never has. He sticks to himself; even the Justice League don't see him. No one sees Batman without a mask except Alfred. Batman is darker, already slightly twisted in the head - he's spent his whole life, fighting people like the Joker, people who don't deserve his pity. So he doesn't give then them any. He holds grudges even beyond the memory of others. He hates asking for help. ----- "You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain."

Inbetween crime fighting there's life. Life for Batman and Superman even if their villains don't see that. Batman especially has been dealing with more than he can handle and Clark is tired of seeing his friend so stressed out. So Clark suggests a trip to his parent's farm that Bruce reluctantly agrees to. Bruce knows he'll regret it, but goes anyway. For what reason..he doesn't know.
