One can never tell how things will go when you're living your life on the edge. One minute you're making money, having sex, shoot outs, fighting, you know the "fast life". The fast life will show you a good time with less boring days. Like a coin there's two sides. The other side is where the pain is. That is the part we hide. I remember days standing on the block 25/8 with out going to sleep because the money was coming in good. Growing up in the projects were it aint nothing to really do but things you are not pose to. So when i turned 13years old my dad got locked up so i made my own choice an decided to be in the streets so thats what i did. Late nights when i aint never come i never thought about how my mom was feeling an what she was thinking. Oneday i remember walking in the house and hearing my mom crying because i was always out in the streets an was never home an she always thought when she heard gun shots and a knock on the door it was going to be someone telling her i got shot

Helen's parents demand that she marry the man they've chosen for her or be disowned. She chooses to be disowned. But that isn't good enough for them. They make sure that she either doesn't get jobs or they make sure that she gets fired from them. She loses her apartment and all her things do to them. They are sure that she'll give in and marry the man they've chosen rather than live on the streets. But then again, they've never really paid much attention to their daughter unless they wanted something from her. Helen would rather live on the streets and eat out of garbage dumpsters then return to her parents and marry the man that would make her life a living hell. At least on the streets she's free. She might starve or freeze to death but she'll be free. Then one day three men come after her, intent on forcing her and beating her for what little she has. Before one of them does more than grab her arm the three are gone. Helen looks down and finds them on the ground with their hearts torn out of the bodies. She looks at the person that did that in horror but then her sight goes black.
