Everyday i'm gonna post a text (short or long) about how i feel that day.
I'm a 17 y/o girl with a depression and writting is the best way to express my feelings and make me feel a little better about myself sometimes.

Sometimes I just need a way to express how I feel when I can't put it into words, I'm sure we all feel that way whether you're a teen or young adult. Mental health deserves to be heard, you deserve to be heard.
