After the war, the golden trio went on another search but this time not for Horcruxes. The trio went to search for the Malfoy's who got into hiding right after Voldemort's fall.
Only had Draco changed drastically from the last time Hermione had seen him walk off the bridge, to where she saw him sipping his coffee reading a Muggle paper in his Muggle wear, looking as broken as her.
