Everleigh Cooper is put up for adoption when her parents are taken to jail for abuse, drugs and robbery. She's in the system for 6 months before she is finally adopted by a lovely couple. While raising the girl the couple find out things that plague their dreams and they only wish that they could have found her sooner. 

This takes place after Endgame but Steve didn't go back in time, he stayed with Bucky.
