George and Dream never believed in love at first sight-that was until they saw each other. There's just one huge problem: George is a West and Dream is an East. Since the beginning of time, the elitist Easts have been raised to believe that the lower-class Wests deserve their misfortunes and deserve to be punished for merely existing.
Their paths begin to align and their feelings start to intertwine, but violence and hatred threaten to tear them apart.
Will Dream challenge everything he's ever known? Will he fight against his friends and family for love? Will George break down his protective walls to let Dream in? Will he allow himself to fall in love with an East?
Will they risk their lives and the lives of their friends for each other, or will their paths be severed forever?

Why would anyone bother going to the hospital when they have an injury when you can just kidnap your own personal doctor? Dream. A serial killer who often gets into some messy situations with rivals. Those messy situations tend to leave Dream battered, bruised, and shot. He's not the best doctor, but he knows who is. George. Despite George technically still being in training as a doctor, Dream wouldn't dream of passing up an opportunity to not only gain the much needed help in treating his wounds, but also a very pretty boy that would be under his control. The reason being for this is because I have actually written a book in the past and I've found that if I have much more time to write the chapters, they tend to be much higher quality and longer.
