Or you could pray. Pray for help. Hope for a miracle. Wonder if all the divine beings had left, disgusted with the world. Thought it was a lost cause. Decided that humanities pitiful pleas shouldn't be listened to, that their once beautiful world should be left in a smouldering heap.
But for Helen and her friends, dreaming and praying is dangerous. It means death. So they run on the long lost survival instinct. But, in their minds, they can see their world how it once was. They hope, that one day, their world would return.
But deep inside, they know that it's not going to happen.
