Catra never enjoyed any type of disagreement she stirred up with Adora, and vice versa. Maybe Adora's wishes were something that should stay as wishes, but Adora wasn't going to let down - not because Catra had asked her to. Adora wanted this, she wanted Finn, but she couldn't if her wife remained indignant.
"Catra, come on, we've talked about this before-"
"I'm not stupid, Adora." Catra - her patience becoming less and less maintainable - refused letting her stern gaze leave Adora for even a split second.
She wasn't necessarily seething with anger, but still nonetheless upset with Adora's non-thought-out desires.
"I know that we have talked about it. But we both agreed on later on. We - especially you - are not ready to take in some orphan you found in the woods."
