Charlotte comes from a family of Intelligence agents, so it wasn't a shock to everyone that knows her that Charlotte would follow in her parents footsteps. At the ripe age of 25, Charlotte has accomplished a lot in her field of work which made her the most sought after agent in the field by international and federal agencies. With her time with Interpol coming to an end, it just so happens that the BAU is looking for a new member so with a little persuasive phone call from a certain Italian FBI Agent Charlotte is now packing her bags and exchanging her beloved Lyons apartment for one in Washington D.C.
