Much time (1 year) has passed since the death of Lady Lola and Queen Penelope both of Rosalie's parents can be at peace again since they now have each other. But the death of Francis and Rosalie was close at hand and there time as King and Queen were at an end so they both told Mary and Bash how they truly felt and both step siblings already knew that Francis and Rosalie were always mean't to be together but could never believe it would work.
