Lilith is a crimson demon who volunteered herself to serve at the Demon Castle. Its not actually what it is...but she have to do it as an alternative to run away from her family. 

She has no parent, they died when she was small and get adopted. The family who takes care of her, raise her in a brutal way. She was forced to do jobs, makes some money and never been treated well. She got many bruise on her body parts cause by them.

When she entered the palace, she fall for the demon king, Māo-sama on the first sight.
