Unknown to Commander Quaritch, he had orphaned a two year old little girl, and left her in the ruins surrounded by more than 10 dead bodies. The mother of the child was killed, along with every human she has ever known. Once the child woke up and began to cry, she was so young she couldn't do anything. She knew she was hurt and scared, the bright light from the sun and all the ash falling onto her white skin further frightening her. The two year old was all alone. The forest line next to the medical lab began to make noise as a Thanator began to answer to the baby's cries. The feline-esque creature listened to her maternal instincts and followed the sound of despair. The animal climbed down from the trees and poked her heads out of the leaves, her many eyes finding the source and locking onto the injured infant. This is where the child's story begins... (Parts of the original timeline from the movie has been changed for the story line to work properly)
