On the day of Oh Yoon Hee's 5th death anniversary, they went back to South Korea to visit her grave.

At some hospital in Seoul, life support machines were heard inside a SVIP suite room at the top floor of the hospital. A woman with long black hair, wearing a white dress has been in a comatose state for years now. She is known as the sleeping beauty by the medical staffs on the floor in that said hospital.
