"I don't believe you." She scowled
He moved closer to her and smirked. "Like you would. I'm dangerous."
"Stay the hell away from me." She growled.
His eyes flashed. You don't give me orders. Do you know what I could do to you?"
"As if." She rolled her eyes.
He stared her down. His golden eyes flashed like sun on gold. And the air around them stilled
Her eyes widened in understanding. "No." She whispered.
And screamed as she sunk his fangs into her neck.

She couldn't understand how he made her feel different. She couldn't understand why he was so beautiful, why he felt familiar. In truth, he made her feel uneasy. She couldn't get why she was head over heels for him, yet a force kept pushing her back from him.
She couldn't get why he was different.
Daeva , a runaway goddess who has lost her memory due to a curse lives in the human world. 'Mortals' as the gods call them. Her parents, having realised she was special, took her to a school where witches reside. However, Daeva isn't a witch. She's way too powerful. But at age 19, her powers start to awaken.
