On the way to a scout out a rebel base, your ship gets shot down by x-wings. You, a medically trained soldier of the First Order, a Trooper, and your superior - mister know it all, stuck up - General Hux are the only survivors. 
In the aftermath, you not only have to struggle to survive on a foreign planet while being hunted by the rebellion, but you also have to deal with the nerve-racking presence of General Hux, and eventually Supreme Leader Kylo Ren himself.
