Jill Valentine, former member of S.T.A.R.S, has experienced hell like no other. Carlos Oliveira, a member of Umbrella's countermeasure service, faced one of those hells with her. They grew close during those times together, but soon part ways due to the necessities of the situations. Since then, neither of them have left each others minds.
