After the Germans have finally pulled the small French village under their command, a different wind is now blowing for the residents there. More anger than fear builds up in them, which the Bernard family makes clear. At their side is Reyanna, who married Claude Bernard shortly before the start of the war and seems to be in love. But after the young lieutenant moves into their house for an uncertain time, the family's facade seems to be breaking and not everything is right what they claim to be. Reyanna and the first lieutenant now have to ask themfselves which side they actually want to be on, after a pitifully bad argument that both of them didn't really want.
