Dante, the legendary devil hunter and his two partners, lady and trish went to fortune city and later they met boy name Nero with devil hand on his arm. Then the order of the sword was destroyed.

Years has pass, Nero and his wife kyrie live in city of Redgrave which has rebuild.

until someone has returned from the underworld getting his revenge on the sparda family.
