You were half expecting it to be a dismissal, but upon reading the first few lines, you realised that it was an apology note. Dear Miss Y/N, I apologise for my actions at dinner last night. I was out of order and you have my sincerest apologies. It has just been a while since anyone told me straight as you did, and though I reacted childishly, I'll admit it was refreshing. If I haven't scared you off for good, perhaps you might allow me to make it up to you tonight? If you agree, I will be waiting in the conservatory at 7. -Rafe **************************** A year ago, Rafe Adler died on board The Fancy, 15 years into an adventure that claimed his life. But he's back. After barely surviving the sinking of the ship, Rafe was saved, but severely injured, leaving him unable to walk. He gave up. Until Y/N stepped into his life. Running from an abusive past, Y/N takes the too-good-to-be-true job on the other side of the world, seeing it as an escape from the horrors she'd faced at home. She just wants to work and forget about her failed love life, and any hope of a future one. Then enters Rafe Adler. Still traumatised from his near death experience, he has shut down, refusing to try for anything anymore, but Y/N sees the hint of a spark in him. Deciding she'll fight for him, she pushes him to live, maybe healing her own heart along the way. Can the two find strength in each other, or will their pasts rip them apart forever?

(WARNING- Lots of mistakes. Read at your own risk) It was their wedding night. She was waiting for him in his room, no now 'their' room. Finally, he entered in, looking as handsome as always. She blushed, her cheeks went redder than a tomato. "What made you blush so hard baby?", he said, smirking. "You remember once I asked you what I mean to you and you said that you'll tell me when the time comes, can you tell me now?", she said blushing even harder and looking everywhere else but him. "A.Bit#h", came his voice, calm, each word spoken clearly. "WHAT?". ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ashley Krail is a simple, nerdy and shy girl.
