It's been 4 months since the surviving group of humans escaped the crumbling collapse of the last city and WCKD and into paradise. Life's been going well for everyone involved.

Finally, for all of them, they could all stop running and surviving and start settling down and living.

For many, that's what they've wanted since this whole situation arose and they eagerly adapt to it.

For a very select duo, the horrors of the past still cling on tightly onto them and refuse to let go.
