After the events at the end of Inkopolis Chaos 2, Samuel and friends find themselves working with the Squidbeak Splatoon. A corrupt octoling known as Lieutenant Obsidian has stepped up as the new dictator of the octarians, and is plotting the end of the inkling race, along with all the octolings who betrayed their society. Will she be taken down, or will she destroy everything we love? Find out in the final chapter of this trilogy.

Not only that, but he also has a problem with getting along with Agent 3! But what happens if a mysterious, unknown threat comes toward the surface, threatening to destroy both Inkling and Octoling kind alike? Can the agents work together to save their race?
