Adrian is now a magical boy.  He found his magical item which is a broken looking measuring tape.  What he didn't know and hadn't been informed was that he is from the dark side, as the Magical Girls call the other world.  How will his being from the opposing side going to impact on his relationship with Sam and the others?  How did he come to be a MB and did he get it from his father or his mother?  Time will tell.
  
  Well Sam and Sakura now know about who he is and why he is a boy/magical girl.  They have also found out Sakura is a potential wife for him.  What do they do now?
