Steve Rogers has a daughter that all the Avengers and Sheild agents know of. When Steve went into the ice she went missing.(he knew Peggy had a Daughter with him).
Know one knew what happened to her but what happens when a year after Steve Rogers came out of the ice raided a Hydra base and finds her in a freeze chamber (I have no idea what it was called so let's just call it that).
Faith Anna Rogers is Steve Rogers Missing Daughter when he was pronounced dead she was kidnapped by Hydra not long after she was there for a month before she was put into a freeze chamber she was in there for 71 years. She was only 8 at the time so she still looked like an 8 year old. But before she went into a freeze chamber she was experimented on. Her powers needed time to come through but Hydra didn't think to wait so when she showed no powers they put her in a freeze chamber.
When she was found her powers started to show up randomly.
