ZEON and The Solmax Destiny Part 1
For as long as I could remember (All 17 years of my life) I, James Solmaxton (but you can call me Solmax) have felt different from everybody else here in this small town of Galaxy View. I've always been faster, stronger and smarter then my fellow teens... In other words I've felt not quit human. So when an alien from a distant world comes to Earth in search of... well me, And bringing with him a warning, that a massive planet destroying evil has been spreading throughout the galaxy for decades like a cancer and has now made its way to my home, and that we have to work together to stop it... Children of the Ark ✔️
Every three years a group of two-hundred teens get sent to Earth. After spending two years on Earth, you can choose to go back onto the Ark or to stay on Earth. Most don't survive the first week. They get to either join a Clan, create a new Clan or go solo. If your name is called out, you have to go down. You have no choice. Almost everyone joins a Clan or makes a new Clan. Nobody goes solo, unless you absolutely have to. Or if no Clan accepts you. Every animal on Earth wants to kill humans, they have all mutated after the Nuclear War, all the ones that survived, and are out for human flesh and blood. Bastien Water's name gets called out during the Choosing and he has to try to survive on Earth. While his family grieves thinking that Bastien won't survive but he's out to prove them wrong. Bastien meets new people, makes some friends and make some enemies. Bastien has to face many challenges to survive on Earth. Will he be able to do it? (None of this story is edited... so please bear with me... and the ending is crappy, sorry bout that)Complete

The Games
Prologue: Earth has found out they're not alone in the universe. An alien species have contacted Earth, giving them a chance to be protected by the aliens out there that threatens the universe. They inform them that there are in fact thousands of alien species out there. The alien race, who calls themselves Opsidians, offer Earth a chance at competing in the Games, a televised reality competition game they host. In order to win the protection, Earth will have to send a tribute to the Games. They know little to nothing about the Games or these alien species. But after consideration, they don't see the harm in sending one. And realise it might be their only chance.Complete

I am republishing this for a friend who wanted to read a sample of my work. The plot is all over the place, but I know I'll revisit it in future. I initially wrote this in 2017 before I knew a lot of things I know now. There's a lot in here that is culturally insensitive. I have done my best to edit out what I could find at first glance, but if you see something glaringly offensive please make a comment about it so that I can correct my errors. The most egregious example that comes to mind is using the G-word for the Romani and relying on unflattering stereotypes. I plan to correct a lot of this in proceeding drafts. Mission Reboot
Ahh, Earth the wonderful planet where all stories begin,...... well most stories anyway. Some even start in the Milky Way Galaxy or in one similar to it, it just had the added bonus of magic and other new unseen creatures. But not today, today we'll be starting our new story in, Wynonenne, the galaxy created much different from most. In this new found galaxy and world's we'll be following one who was close to the start.
