Rencana kerja adalah serangkaian tujuan dan proses yang bisa membantu tim dan/atau seseorang mencapai tujuan tersebut. Sebagai tindak lanjut untuk meningkatkan mutu madrasah menuju madrasah inovasi dibutuhkan suatu rencana kerja secara bersama. Dengan tujuan supaya tersusun juknis program kerja madrasah inovasi. Setelah arahan dan bimbingan yang diberikan oleh sekretaris PPM, maka dibagi kelompok untuk Menyusun rencana kerja tingkat MA, MTs, dan MI. Setelah dibagi kelompok, masing-masing kelompok dipisahkan ruangan supaya memudahkan bekerja. Pada saat berada dalam ruang yang sudah ditentukan, kami diarahkan untuk memilih ketua kelompok erlebih dahulu.
Pemilihan ketua tujuannya adalah supaya memudahkan memandu diskusi untuk menyusun rencana kerja. Ketua tingkat MTs kami percaya Bapak Ridwan dan didampingi oleh Ibu Fhasihah yang berasal dari MTsN 1 Takengon.  Dalam menyusun rencana kerja tersebut kami sudah diberikan suatu contoh tabel rencana kerja yang harus diisi oleh peserta workshop. Ini memudahkan kami bersama menyusun rencana kerja, kami sepakat tidak bekerja secara individu tapi bersama-sama. Tujuannya adalah untuk mempercepat pekerjaan tim dalam membuat tugas tersebut. Rencana kerja kami mengambil contoh yang sudah dibuat oleh MTsN 1 Takengon, ketua tim memandu jalannya diskusi.Seluruh Hak Cipta Dilindungi Undang-Undang

Because of a mission class 1a, 1b and some pro heroes are camping in a forest full of dangerous creatures and deadly plants. The mission was supposed to be a simple exploratory mission but seeing all this troubles on it, Izuku Midoriya questioned not only the mission itself but also the principal of UA Nezu who sent them on this mission and a red winged chicken who went with the mission for some odd reasons. Adding to the chaos two certain pro heroes and a student (you might guess who already) develop forbidden feelings for each other. important information about the story: - Izuku isn't a crybaby, the last time he cried was like in elementary school cuz that was when he accepted that the world wouldn't be fair to him and decided to train - since Izuku wanted to become a hero he actually trained and studied a lot, in other words he is very smart and strong even quirkless - due to him training his ass off he has a lot more control over his quirk like 50% and the past user let him unlock black whip and float early - because of his past he has trust issues which is why no one knows how much he actually has control over his quirks besides his true best friend Mei Hatsume - Mei and Izuku are best friends, Izuku told Mei everything cuz they trust each other a lot and they just share a sibling bond, also they train and built together - Izuku is more of a insomniac than Shinso because of nightmares of his past. After Bakugo being kidnapped his nightmares worsen. Usually he reads books to keep himself busy or he teached himself stuff a usual teen shouldn't (probably) know like hacking or poisoning. He already taught himself this kind of things before he went to UA - his analysis are top notch comparable to Nezu's so are his plans but due to trust issue he no one knows besides Mei For more info's read the story. "Hi this is kanvika Baner.." she stopped again and proceeded to say, "Sorry I'm Kanvika Agnihotri " forwarded her hand too, shaking his hand. He was more shocked to hear her saying his surname instead of her name. He didn't even see her face on the day of their wedding. These all 13 state have it's very own holy crystal that bless the state individually. But, the crystal contains powerful amount of mana that makes every single person in Melloyern going for it. A group of magician called Denials were up to collect all of the crystal to keep them safe from wrong hands. There is a lot of hindrance in their path such as the Kingdom of Melloyern itself is turning against these guys. Still there are more. Can they survive? it's up to them to decide.
