In the year 1899, a young boy wanders into an unattended exhibit and finds a rather enticing attraction. An attraction with gorgeous scales, beautiful eyes, and a pretty tail.

This was inspired by a beautiful piece of artwork on DeviantArt by the amazing Phillip "Jolly Jack" M. Jackson! I found the drawing really cute and couldn't resist writing something about it, so here we are. Also, fun fact: Jack made the drawing for his mom, and I think that's pretty sweet.
