What happens when a young man by the name of Justin gains powers which make him too powerful for his own good?

In an alternate universe, all newborn children are given a wristband which activates an ability for the wearer upon them turning eighteen years old, ranging from Classes 1-6 of how powerful the given ability is, to do away with the notion that everyone is created equal. When teenager Justin Lange starts off his eighteenth birthday with a Class 7 ability, which was thought to be a myth until now, he finds himself on a path that may lead to his own self-destruction, and the endangerment of everyone around him. He later uncovers that there are more people like him, all being kept away in secret by the government for being deemed as "too dangerous to coexist with the rest of the world." Can Justin prove that he is capable of living in peace with everyone else while avoiding capture, or will he be seen as a threat by those he loves after trying to defend himself against those who seek to harm him? How much insanity can one eighteen year old boy take before he falls over the edge?
