    Freshly out of college, Tobi is looking for a job. Her ideal job is being a nanny or owning her own daycare.

Niall soon realizes that its not easy to raise a toddler and two(2) babies while on tour.  The boys and him decide it would be easier to have a nanny with them to help with the kids.
