The Chase-Paused

I live in an age of complete government control, in a kill or be killed society. I'm on that kill list and they are after me. It has been said that somewhere up north is a place that is free from the government's control. If I could make it there, I'd be able to get my life back. So far no one has made it there alive, but I will. Just watch me.
