Katie is a 17 year old girl living the time of her life, she is riding at the best riding center Willow Creek Stables in the whole city and she even has her best friend Emily by her side, and of course her horse Star!
The national team leader is coming on a visit to scout some talented riders and Katie had set her mind to become one of the luckey riders to be part of the team.

And she makes it! Can anything go downhill from here?

A horrible accident shakes Katie's whole world, and she stands now with no horse, no team, and no hope, she is ready to give up.

But a little place up in the mountains called Hope Equestrian Center, a place filled with icelandic horses, may be her only chance that is left..
